Daniel Gil-Sanchez

My name is Daniel Gil-Sanchez, and my journey has been shaped by leadership, service, construction, and a commitment to building opportunities for others. I graduated from Palm Beach State College with my Associate of Arts degree, where I served as Student Trustee, represented the student body, founded The Panther Experience podcast, founded the Loxahatchee campus Student Government and received recognition for leadership and service.

Today, I am a student at Florida International University studying construction management and serving as the Founder and President of the FIU ABC Student Chapter. Through this role, I have helped grow the chapter, connect students with industry leaders, organize site visits, workshops, networking events, and create pathways for students to gain real-world experience in construction.

Over the past year, I have also worked as a Field Director of Operations, leading outreach efforts, organizing teams, managing volunteers, and helping execute campaign strategy on the ground. This role has strengthened my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to motivate people toward a shared goal.

My professional experience also includes internships with companies such as Moss, Kaufman Lynn Construction, and Safe Harbor Marinas, where I gained experience in project management, field operations, solar construction, data coordination, and team leadership.

Everything I do is driven by faith, purpose, and a desire to create impact. I believe leadership is not about titles, but about service, discipline, and helping others succeed. My goal is to continue growing as a construction professional, community leader, and someone who leaves every place better than I found it.
